Fashion Shows. 

 

Fashion shows are excellent for women’s banquets and fundraisers.  We can even include a short version of our hat party, as an icebreaker.  Our representative will narrate as your organizational membership struts their stuff on the catwalk.  We can provide a variety of styles and colors, or bring your own.  Deposits for all garments worn during the show must be paid in advance.  Contact us to book us for a fashion show.

 

 

Fashion Show as a Fundraiser.

 

Fashion shows make excellent fundraisers, especially when combined with a luncheon or dinner banquet. Profit is made from the sale of tickets and/or credit earned from product purchase during and after the show.  Precious and Pleasant will credit your organization 20% of the total product sale price, not including tax.  This will be paid by check AFTER payment for merchandise has cleared.  All checks will be written to a church or subordinate department.  We will NOT cut fundraiser checks to an individual.  Let’s look at an example:

 

The Refuge CLGI Elect Ladies Department has a fashion show, held for free in a neighborhood center.  They sell tickets for $10, and a local restaurant caters the event for $5 a plate (immediate profit of $5 a ticket).  The fashion show is attended by 30 ladies from various local churches, 7 of which make purchases totaling $1200.  This fundraiser has brought in $150 in ticket sales and $240 in fashion show revenue.
